xcopy "D:\Dir" "W:\Dir" /E /G /H /K /Z /I /D /C
- /E: copy dirs and subdirs
- /G: copy encrypted files
- /H: hidden and system files
- /K: copy attriutes
- /Z: networked files in restartable mode
- /I: create destination dir if it doesn't exist
- /D: update if missing/newer
- /C: ignore errors
