Redirection

  • stdout and stderr:
> log.txt 2<&1
foo 2>&1 | bar

XCopy

xcopy "D:\Dir" "W:\Dir" /E /G /H /K /Z /I /D /C
  • /E: copy dirs and subdirs
  • /G: copy encrypted files
  • /H: hidden and system files
  • /K: copy attriutes
  • /Z: networked files in restartable mode
  • /I: create destination dir if it doesn't exist
  • /D: update if missing/newer
  • /C: ignore errors
